The guiding image is simple: “Come dance with Me.”

Sabbath is less about stopping activity and more about learning to move at God’s pace—trusting His lead rather than rushing ahead or dragging behind.

In a world shaped by urgency, productivity, and constant noise, we want to create six spacious hours where we can slow down together, listen deeply, and remember who we are before God.

This retreat is not about adding something new to our contemplative life. It is about embodying what we already value — attentiveness, trust, and communion with God.

The invitation is simple:

Step onto the floor. Hear the music again. Come dance with Me.
